What is the response time for maintenance requests?

We will generally respond within 24 hours of receipt of the written request. Our goal is to resolve all maintenance issues as quickly as possible and will attempt the schedule repairs the same or next day if possible. The following is our commitment to our tenants when there is a problem with the home:

Routine maintenance is performed during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm)
